  Advance payment and responsibility for compliance with these rules are a prerequisite for accommodation in the rooms of the Shymkent Medeu Camp. Booking a room(s) at the Shymkent Medeu Camp is a confirmation of acceptance of these rules without exceptions and reservations.

  1. General provisions

  1.1. These rules establish the conditions for the accommodation of guests in the rooms of the Shymkent Medeu Camp. In the case of an individual agreement providing for the settlement of a group of guests, these rules apply to the extent that they do not contradict such an agreement.

  1.2. These rules apply to all guests of the Shymkent Medeu Camp, regardless of nationality and length of stay, and in terms of payment and financial responsibility for the actions (inaction) of the guests, they also apply to other persons who made room reservations, regardless of their organizational and legal form and form of ownership.

  1. Booking rooms at the Shymkent Medeu Camp.

  2.1. Room reservations at the Shymkent Medeu Camp are subject to payment in the amount of at least 100% (one hundred percent) of the room rate for the initial night of stay, with the exception of reservations via Booking.com .

  2.2. Payment for the reservation is made using one of the following methods:

  2.2.1. the card on the website __;

  2.2.2. by bank transfer based on the payment invoice issued by Shymkent Medeu Camp;

  2.3. Cancellation of the reservation by the guest, regardless of the number of days prior to check-in, is subject to a fine in the amount of the room rate for the initial night of stay, with the exception of reservations via Booking.com .

  1. Payment for accommodation at the Shymkent Medeu Camp.

  3.1. The fee for accommodation at the Shymkent Medeu Camp is charged in full no later than the time of the guest's check-in. Shymkent Medeu Camp is not responsible and is exempt from any damages in case of refusal to check into the room due to non-payment of the room fee.

  3.2. The basic rate for accommodation in the rooms of the Shymkent Medeu Camp is indicated on its website in the "Prices" section.

  The basic tariff does not apply on National Holidays, weekends and similar periods when a Special Tariff is set, as announced by the Shymkent Medical Camp through its Instagram account(s).

  3.3. At the sole discretion of the administration of the Shymkent Medeu Camp, the prices specified in clause 3.2 may be changed. However, the changed prices do not apply to rooms booked in accordance with these rules prior to the price change.

  3.4. Check-out time:

  • Check-in at 14.00;
  • Check-out at 12.00.

  3.5. Early check-in and late check-out are allowed upon pre-booking and are charged at a rate of at least 50% (fifty percent) of the room rate. Check-in is considered early from 6:00 to 14:00. Check-out is considered late from 12:00 to 18:00. At the sole discretion of the administration of the Shymkent Medeu Camp, early check-in and/or late check-out can be made without prior reservation.

  3.6. Early return of a room to the Shymkent Medeu Camp with deduction of a fine equal to the cost of accommodation for the remaining nights is allowed.

  1. Accommodation conditions at the Shymkent Medeu Camp

  4.1. Check-in to the rooms of the Shymkent Medeu Camp is subject to the presentation of identification documents: passport, ID card, birth certificate. The Administration has the right to require foreign citizens to present a visa and a migration card when the availability of these documents is provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  4.2. The Administration has the right to use the personal data of the Shymkent Medeu Camp guests in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For these purposes, the administration of the Shymkent Medical Camp has the right to keep copies of identity documents, provided that they are not disclosed to third parties, with the exception of representatives of government agencies acting within their legal authority.

  4.3. Room cleaning is carried out at the request of the guest no more than once every three days.

  4.4. The cost of meals (except breakfast) is not included in the price of accommodation and must be paid separately.

  4.5. Guests should take care of the property and equipment of the Shymkent Medeu Camp, observe sanitary standards and public order.

  4.6. For personal safety and security of property, guests of the Shymkent Medeu Camp should::

  - Before leaving the room, turn off electrical appliances (except refrigerators), close the taps of plumbing fixtures, windows, and the door to the room;

  - Observe fire safety regulations.

  4.7. In order to ensure the comfort, order and safety of guests, it is prohibited to stay at the Shymkent Medeu Camp.:

  - break the silence regime from 23:00 to 08:00;

  - create inconvenience and disturb the peace of others living in the Shymkent Medeu Camp;

  - to invite strangers to the rooms of the Shymkent Medical Camp without notifying the administration of the Shymkent Medical Camp, to leave them in the rooms in their absence;

  - give the room key to unauthorized persons;

  - store and/or use equipment (skis, snowboards), flammable, explosive, toxic, narcotic, as well as strong-smelling materials and substances (including spices) in the room;

  - smoking in rooms, halls and corridors of the Shymkent Medeu Camp;

  - use heating devices, except those provided by the administration of the Shymkent Medeu Camp;

  - keep animals and birds in the Shymkent Medeu Camp.

  4.8. Upon returning the room to the Shymkent Medeu Camp, the guest is obliged to return the room keys, pay for additional services, as well as compensate for damage caused to the property of the Shymkent Medeu Camp (if any).

  4.9. The administration of the Shymkent Medical Camp has the right to conduct video surveillance in the corridors, halls and on the territory of the Shymkent Medical Camp, to store such video recordings, as well as to use them for the purposes of ensuring order and/or presentation to representatives of government agencies acting within their legitimate authority.

  1. Responsibility

  5.1. Responsibility for compliance with these rules lies with each guest of the Shymkent Medical Camp, as well as other persons invited by the guests of the Shymkent Medical Camp. Compensation for damage to the property of the Shymkent Medeu Camp is carried out:

  5.1.1. a guest of the Shymkent Medeu Camp who directly caused such damage;

  5.1.2. a guest of the Shymkent Medeu Camp in case of damage caused by a person staying at the Shymkent Medeu Camp at the invitation of the guest of the Shymkent Medeu Camp;

  5.1.3. the person who made the booking and/or payment for the room, in case it is impossible to recover damages from the guest of the Shymkent Medeu Camp.

  5.2. The administration of the Shymkent Medeu Camp has the right to collect the following fines from the guests of the Shymkent Medeu Camp for violating these rules:

  5.2.1. for the loss of the room key – 2,000 (two thousand) tenge;

  5.2.2. for violation of fire safety and public order standards – 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge;

  5.2.3. for other violations of these rules – 10,000 (ten thousand) tenge;

  5.3. Shymkent Medeu Camp is not responsible for the operation of urban communications (light, water, heat, etc.) and does not compensate for damage caused by unsatisfactory operation of urban communications.

  5.4. Shymkent Medical Camp has the right to refuse the provision of services to a guest of Shymkent Medical Camp in case of repeated or gross violation of these rules by the guest and to demand eviction from the room. At the same time, the administration of the Shymkent Medeu Camp has the right to deduct from the amount of the room fee the cost of the services actually provided, as well as the applicable fines provided for in these rules.

  5.5. Shymkent Medical Camp is released from liability for partial or complete non-fulfillment of obligations if it was the result of force majeure, namely: fire, strike, acts of authorities, including in the case of temporary suspension of the activity of the Shymkent Medical Camp sanitary-epidemiological, fire and other authorized service, floods, earthquakes, war, etc. military actions, as well as other obligations that the Shymkent Medical Camp could not have foreseen and prevented by reasonable forces, and which are beyond the control of the Shymkent Medical Camp, if these circumstances directly affected the fulfillment of its obligations by the Shymkent Medical Camp.

  5.6. Despite any provision of these rules, the non-arrival of a guest at the Shymkent Medeu Camp due to the closure of the ski season does not release the guest from the obligation to pay for the room in accordance with these rules.

  5.7. Other legal relations not regulated by these rules are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
